As part of an active portfolio optimization, FLE sold five properties: two properties in Vienna (Auerspergstrasse 17, Moeringgasse 10), a school in Baden near Vienna (Wiener Strasse 9), an office in Stuttgart at Hasenbergstrasse 31 as well as as an office building and restaurant in Hamburg at Brandsende 6-10. The properties were purchased between 2008 and 2011 and successfully optimized for sale through significant asset management measures. These disposals are part of a dynamic asset rotation program in Europe.
