LFPI buys the Alliance Hospitality group from Lone Star. The group comprises twelve hotels, mainly classified three and four stars, located in the Paris region and in several regional capitals. With the 1.913 new rooms thus acquired, the LFPI Group intends to accelerate the development of its investments in the hotel industry.
Present in this sector for more than ten years, LFPI is actively seeking new opportunities in the hotel and leisure sector. The LFPI Group makes acquisitions of hotels individually or in portfolio, buildings and funds or funds alone, and ensures the management of its establishments. It also offers hotel management services on behalf of third parties. The main brands of hotels owned or managed by the LFPI Group are Timhotel (15 hotels in Paris), Louvre Hôtels (Campanile, Kyriad, Première Classe), Accor (Mercure, Ibis), InterContinental Hotels Group (Crown Plaza, Indigo) and Best Western.
Following this acquisition, the LFPI group owns or manages a portfolio of 74 hotels (64 in France and 10 in Germany), for more than 6.000 rooms.
