Capital investment

Private Equity - Presentation

The activity of investing on behalf of third parties in the capital of SMEs is the historical activity of the LFPI Group. Since its creation, the LFPI Group has carried out more than a hundred transactions in the capital of SMEs. Fabien Bismuth and Olivier Lange, respectively Chairman and CEO of LFPI Gestion, manage this activity in Paris.

LFPI Gestion is an active investor, partner of the management teams to carry out ambitious growth projects, through organic or external growth. LFPI Gestion makes majority or minority investments, with or without bank leverage. LFPI Gestion's portfolio exhibits significant sector diversification.

We have a track record of investment in French SMEs for a sum of more than one billion euros. We manage generalist funds as well as thematic funds. We put significant amounts of capital to work in alignment with our investors.

Private Equity - Targets

GENERALIST FUNDS

Our generalist funds cover all sectors of the economy (agri-food, health, distribution, construction, industries, services) with medium-sized European companies (turnover between 10 and 500 M €), family companies or subsidiaries of groups and positioned in profitable niche sectors. Our targets are companies with significant development prospects (organic or external growth).

THEMATIC FUNDS

Our funds dedicated to the hotel industry (LFPI Hotels FPCI and LFPI Hotels Alliance FPCI) currently own 35 hotels, located in France and Germany. The management of the hotels is ensured by the LFPI Group's own resources, thanks to its management platforms LFPI Hotels Gestion and Timhotel in France and LFPI Hotels Management in Germany. Thus, our hotel funds carry out acquisitions in buildings and funds, or even, in the case of hotels located in Paris, in funds alone. Although providing hotel management, the LFPI Group markets most of its hotels by relying on close relationships with hotel groups (Accor, Louvre Hotels, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Best Western, Choice) and by highlighting place franchise contracts. The LFPI Group has nevertheless developed its own mid-range brand for the hotels it owns in Paris, the Timhotel brand.
